Selling Spider Pig Wines in various establishments to raise monies for sustainable pig farming and practices, as well as other animal beneficiaries.
While Spider Pig Wines evolved as a brand, so did we, as we wanted to make sure that our wines had a purpose to make a difference, not only in everyday consumption but in a community as well. That community for us involves the superhero of the Pig and his friends.
We are linking with a few of South Africa’s notable Chefs and Restaurateurs who have in their careers lent themselves to the support of sustainable animal farming and their practices, each of them in some facet provide funds, education and a platform for awareness.
As a creative concept wine brand Spider Pig wines lives where it is and we needed to do something to create a support role and pay our attributes for the inspiration behind our brand of wines.
Together with these South African culinary legends we will look to raise monies to be able to assist with sustainable farming practices and help piggy and his friends along the way. We are look forward to keeping you up to date with our initiative.
PIGGY PRESERVATION PROJECT.
How do we do this?
For every bottle sold in each venue that links with the Piggy Preservation Project a sum of money from both Spider Pig Wines and the outlet gets allocated to the initiative chosen by each party involved.
Where does the money go?
Each outlet will choose an allocated cause for their money raised. There will be various beneficiaries linked to the project over time. We will strive as the project and traction grows, to be to able to allow the public to be involved in this space. But for now, please go and enjoy a great bottle of Spider Pig wines in the listed establishments, knowing that you are having fun and contributing to something worthwhile.
