The Black Pig rounds out the Piggy stable*. This wine brings all the boys and girls to the yard. And their life is better than yours. Damn right, it’s better than yours. It’s made from one of the world’s greatest vinous treasures, Cabernet Sauvignon. Cab Sauv is practically everyone’s cup of tea for a glass of wine. Combine this majestic swan with a lick of the CINSATION and we present to you the special, the inimitable BLACK PIG.

*Stables are for horses, not pigs.

Blended Cultivars – Cinsaut 75% / Cabernet Sauvignon 25%

The Cinsaut is from 42-year Old Vines and the Cabernet Sauvignon is from Stellenbosch

Alcohol % Vol – 14 %

Total Acid – 5.31 g/L

Residual Sugar – 1.5 g/L

pH – 3.61

Oaking – 100% Barrel ferment in French Oak Barrels for 12 months in 3rd Fill Barrels. No new wood used.
